CPR Attorneys Lead Two Sessions at ABA Annual Conference

November 6, 2025

The American Bar Association’s (ABA) Commission on Law and Aging dedicated its 2025 National Aging and Law Conference to “Fostering Stability in Aging”.  CPR’s Special Counsel, Steven Schwartz, led a panel on aging in place, highlighting CPR’s landmark Settlement Agreement in Marsters v. Healey that will provide residential and support options for over 2,400 nursing facility residents, so that they can come home to their families and communities.  Attorney Megan Rusciano led another panel on Model Rule 1.14 and its impacts on housing and income insecurity for older adults.
