Massachusetts Housing Finance Authority: This is a housing discrimination case under the 1988 Fair Housing Act Amendments challenging state housing financing agency’s decision to withdraw support for bond financing to school for adolescents with serious emotional disturbance, in response to opposition of local town officials to siting of school.
