Litigation Issues
As part of a broad range of systemic reform initiatives, the Center has developed a unique expertise in several areas of complex federal litigation, including class certification, discovery, document management, expert evidence, the design and implementation of community service systems, enforcement of settlement agreements and system reform injunctions, remedial structures, and attorney's fees.
